I was inspired by the challenge of helping managers make data-driven decisions about their teams. In today's remote and hybrid work environments, managers often struggle to understand their team's productivity, collaboration patterns, and individual contributions. Traditional performance metrics fall short when teams work across multiple platforms like GitHub and Microsoft Teams. The idea came from observing how disconnected these platforms are - GitHub tracks code contributions, while Teams captures communication and collaboration. What if we could bridge this gap with AI to provide comprehensive insights?
