Inspiration

I've heard lots of car accidents in the world, I would like to minimize it with AI technology.

I decided to make my own self-driving-car using neural network.

What it does

This program trains a car to drive on the road.

How we built it

I used neural-network to control the car.

I made my own neural-network from scratch.

I also used pygame for the graphics.

Challenges we ran into

Making a neural-network is not easy. I've spended hours making it from scratch in python.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm proud that the car can drive by itself after being trained for only 1 minute. It's also pretty fun to watch the AI evolves as it's being trained

What we learned

I learned how to make my own neural-network from scratch and I enjoy learning it.

What's next

I believe there are many things we can do to improve our self-driving-car. including:

• Automatic emergency car in disaster area
• Energy saving car, A car that can control it's optimal speed
• Driving by it's own in remote places
• Automatic courier service
