Inspiration

When I was learning Python, I had a lot of confusion. I had to ask my teacher and peers, which cost me a lot of time, and I sometimes still could not understand the problem. By chance, my friend introduced Chat GPT to me after I used for learning Python for a while. I notice AI is not just a machine that does the work for me. It can also be a fantastic teacher who can answer most of my questions whenever, wherever. I am also a student who is interested in music. So I started to think about if AI can use to provide feedback and teach students about music or other subjects. If this product can be produced and promoted, it will reduce a lot of inequality in education, and all the classes can gain the same level of knowledge as long as the user wants to learn.

What it does

It will provide feedback based on user input about artistic or literature.

How we built it

This is a final project from digital storytelling for good using AI, therefore still in the conception stage. Theoretically, it will start to train a model for the specific areas of literature or art. I will use music as an example. First, it will find a specific instrument and related music piece. Then start to train the AI model based on the comment other made in the forum to build an understanding of what is a good piece of music. Once it has been well-trained. It will start to generate feedback as objectively as possible. It will ask users if their performance is related to a time period or a specific composer's style. Once it receives the affirmative answer, it will start to generate comments based on the user's performance and provide several methods to help the user to reach the expected level.

Challenges we ran into

Lack of information, and it is also very hard to define what is a good performance for AI. We need an explicit rubric.
