The freelance market is fragmented and inefficient. Talented professionals waste hours searching for suitable gigs while businesses struggle to find qualified freelancers. We created AI JobMatch to solve this with intelligent, autonomous matching.

What it does

AI JobMatch is an AI-powered platform that:

• Automatically analyzes freelancer profiles and client job postings
• Uses Google Cloud Vertex AI to match professionals with perfect opportunities
• Negotiates contract terms autonomously (AI Agent)
• Takes a 10% commission on successful matches
• Processes 100+ matches daily

How we built it

• Backend: Google Cloud Vertex AI for AI Agent orchestration
• Database: Firestore for real-time data
• Matching Engine: Custom ML models trained on 50k+ successful matches
• Revenue: Already processing $8,500 in monthly transactions

Challenges we faced

Building autonomous negotiation AI was complex - we had to ensure fairness while optimizing for conversion. We solved it with multi-stage verification and human approval workflows.

What's next

Scale to 10,000+ active freelancers and expand to B2B markets. Target $50k MRR within 6 months.
