What it does❓

The template helps you create a careers page end-to-end, from writing about your company's culture to full-fledged job descriptions. You just have to enter a few details and Coda AI will elaborate it. For the Job Desc. you just have to enter Job Title, Desired Qualifications, Experience in years and Tools/skills the candidate needs to know about. With this information, the AI will write a job desc. that includes Responsibilities and desired characteristics of a candidate.

How we built it🔨

At first the plan was to only create a job description generator but later expanded to the entire careers page. This includes "Our Story", "Our Values', "Life at the company", "Perks" and "Job Descriptions".
