The system simulates professional interview environments by generating domain-specific interview questions, recording spoken responses, analyzing speech quality, and evaluating on-screen posture and body language.
The platform combines speech analysis, computer vision, and generative AI technologies to provide comprehensive performance assessments. Users can practice interviews across multiple domains such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Business, Finance, and Startup Pitch Presentations. Custom project descriptions can also be provided to generate personalized interview questions tailored to a specific role, product, or business idea.
A key feature of the application is its AI-powered speech evaluation engine. After a user submits an audio response, the system transcribes the speech, measures communication quality, evaluates technical accuracy and relevance, identifies filler words, assesses speaking pace, and generates actionable improvement suggestions. The platform also provides model answers and detailed feedback to help users refine their responses. In addition to speech analysis, the application uses MediaPipe-based computer vision technology to monitor posture, eye contact, attention, confidence, head movement, and overall professional presence through the user's webcam. Real-time posture tracking enables users to develop stronger presentation habits and improve non-verbal communication skills during interviews and public speaking sessions.
The system includes session management, historical performance tracking, analytics dashboards, radar-chart visualizations, PDF report generation, and Firebase-based data storage for long-term progress monitoring. Users can review past interview sessions, compare performance trends, and identify areas requiring improvement. Built using React, TypeScript, Vite, Express.js, Firebase, Google Gemini AI, and MediaPipe Vision APIs, the project demonstrates the integration of modern AI technologies with interactive web development to create a comprehensive interview preparation and communication coaching platform.
