Inspiration

I wanted a smarter way to practice technical interviews — something conversational, objective, and consistent. The same system could also help companies automate their initial screening and resume filtering. Combining OpenAI real-time voice, Gradient AI’s reasoning agent, and Tadata’s resume intelligence made this possible.

Resume analysis (skills, gaps, keyword suggestions, job fit) using Tadata

setup process like reading api documentation and try to understand how to use them

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully built a working AI voice interviewer with automated scoring, meaningful feedback, and resume intelligence. The integration of three different AI tools—OpenAI, Gradient AI, and Tadata—created a unified system that benefits both job seekers and companies.

What we learned

We learned how to coordinate streaming voice with multi-step agent reasoning, how to build consistent scoring logic with prompt engineering, and how to use enrichment APIs to improve resume analysis. We also gained experience designing an MVP that delivers high value in a short timeframe.

What's next for ai interview and resume review

Next steps include multi-role interviewer modes, deeper ATS-style resume ranking, automated coding challenge evaluation, analytics dashboards for both candidates and employers, and a public hosted demo. The goal is to evolve this into a complete AI-powered screening and interview preparation platform.
