Our project will consist of two phases. Phase 1: App Deployment Affordable subscription model for businesses and public services to enhance accessibility: Sign-to-Speech: Translates user gestures, body movements, and facial expressions into spoken language. Speech-to-Text: Converts spoken words into text for deaf users. Deployable on existing devices, offering immediate accessibility and revenue generation.

Phase 2: Wearable Development A lightweight, wearable device for personal use, enabling direct, real-time communication in any setting. Built on refined AI models from Phase 1 data collection.
