Inspiration

Being a woman and mother of a girl child, I realize how critical woman and girl safety is. In this modern era, Artificial Intelligence can significantly improve women's safety and in a way reduce the gender inequality gap.

What it does

The 'AI Guardian Angel' app is a humble attempt to help women and girls all around the globe who are affected by violence in one way or another. It is a Safety Assistant that focuses on the following areas

  • Safety
  • Healing
  • Image recognition

How we built it

I have built this app using the Gemini AI and 'gemini-1.5-pro' model was used. Input prompts used were in the form of text and images. Chat sessions were also preserved for further reference.

Challenges we ran into

  • Coming up with project idea
  • Identifying relevant project use cases
  • Using Google Gemini model

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • I am extremely proud that I could learn and code using Google Generative AI service.
  • High personal satisfaction, thinking that I could do something for the safety of women, which is a concern around the globe.
