Our project, Real-Time Incident Analytics and Alert Platform, is a Big Data Analytics-based system for monitoring incidents such as accidents, waterlogging, road blockages, and traffic failures. Users can report incidents with automatic location detection and media, while police and administrators can manage them through RBAC. The key part of our project is the BDA layer, where we use MapReduce, Bloom Filter, Flajolet-Martin, DGIM, Apriori, similarity analysis, clustering, and Spark to discover patterns, estimate stream activity, detect hotspots, and generate alerts. The results are shown through a real-time dashboard and interactive incident map
