Inspiration

Modern founders spend more time switching between apps than actually building their businesses. Tasks are managed in one tool, customers in another, finances somewhere else, meetings in a different app, and AI assistants are disconnected from business data.

We wanted to solve this problem by creating AI Founder OS—a unified AI-powered workspace where founders can manage every aspect of their business from a single platform. Instead of adding another productivity tool, our goal was to build an intelligent operating system that helps founders focus on growing their companies.

What it does

AI Founder OS combines essential business tools into one seamless platform, including:

The AI assistant understands business data and can answer questions such as:

This reduces context switching and helps founders make faster, data-driven decisions.

How we built it

Our application is designed as a modern SaaS platform using:

  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Backend: Sub0
  • Database: LingoQL
  • Deployment: LingoQL Infrastructure

The system follows a modular architecture so that CRM, projects, finance, meetings, reports, and AI features work together as one connected platform.

Challenges we faced

The biggest challenge was designing a platform that combines many business workflows while keeping the user experience simple and intuitive.

Another challenge was creating an architecture where different modules—such as CRM, finance, projects, and AI—share information efficiently without becoming tightly coupled. We also focused on scalability so the platform could grow from a hackathon prototype into a production-ready SaaS product.

What we learned

Through this project we learned:

  • Designing scalable SaaS architectures
  • Building connected business workflows
  • Structuring relational databases for real-world applications
  • Creating intuitive dashboards and user experiences
  • Integrating AI into business operations in meaningful ways
  • Working with LingoQL and Sub0 to build modern cloud applications
