Inspiration

I wanted to explore a problem that many aspiring founders face: building a product before knowing whether people actually need it. Ideas are exciting, but assumptions can lead to wasted time, effort, and money. That inspired me to build AI Founder.

What It Does

AI Founder helps founders think critically about their startup ideas before investing heavily in them. It brings together AI-powered idea analysis, business blueprint generation, MVP planning, seven-day testing plans, evidence assessment, and financial calculations.

The goal is simple: help founders challenge assumptions, test important risks, and make more informed build-or-pivot decisions.

How I Built It

I built AI Founder using Bubble, a no-code development platform, and integrated Google Gemini for AI-powered analysis and planning. I also developed a financial calculator to help users explore business costs, contribution, profit, and break-even estimates.

I focused on creating a straightforward experience that guides a founder from an initial idea toward practical next steps.

Challenges I Faced

One of my biggest challenges was bringing multiple founder tools into one coherent workflow while making the outputs useful and easy to understand. I also had to work through AI integration, interface design, and the logic behind financial calculations.

Building the project independently pushed me to troubleshoot problems, test different flows, and make decisions about what mattered most to the user.

What I Learned

I learned that building a startup tool is not just about generating ideas. It is also about helping people question assumptions, identify uncertainty, and use evidence to make better decisions. I also gained hands-on experience with no-code development and AI integration.

What's Next

I want to continue improving AI Founder's analysis quality, testing workflows, and founder experience. My long-term goal is to help more aspiring entrepreneurs validate their ideas before committing significant resources to building them.
