We were inspired by the increasing rate of endangered species. There are currently only a dozen of Vaquitas left in the wild. At first we wanted to use AI to help track endangered Vaquitas, but soon realized this technology could be used on a wide range of endangered species. Using image tracing and tag lines, the AI system could save scientist time and energy when monitoring endangered species.
AI for a PORPOISE
Using artificial intelligence, our system can identify individual members of endangered species populations. Using photos from the field, the AI system help monitor unusual migration patterns.
