Inspiration

My inspiration for this comes from my desire to never stop perfecting oneself, Fitness is a lifestyle, and your situation should never be a hindrance to living a healthy life. Hence I created this trainer with these hurdles in mind for our fitness.

What it does

AI Fitness Trainer is an app that helps people plan their workouts and meals according to their goals, commitments, and preferences. With the help of generative AI, it will produce a human-to-coach interaction. It offers customizability and convenience based on the needs of the user. I am struggling with being fit as well, and having a companion that guides you is really invaluable. Hence, I tried to fine tune the best fitness companion that AI could offer.

Challenges I ran into

AI is a miracle to this day, and Partyrock creation of a no-code platform is a breakthrough in the tech space. For a learner who is new to this no-code platform, I struggled with how to use the widgets efficiently. But the community is too strong in this and was able to ask for some help, and I am very thankful that I produced what I intended to. One of the struggles is fine-tuning the best prompt, I have learned that thinking like a fitness coach gives me a more depth in knowing how to ask the right questions to give proper context for my generative text field. There were a lot of trials and errors, but overcoming them is the most fulfilling part of this journey.

Accomplishments that I am proud of

I am never prouder of myself for having to produce something that will not only help me but the rest of the people out there who are struggling in fitness.

What I learned

I learned that you shouldn't stop building your idea because you don't know how to code or don't have enough capability code. But start doing it, by using available tools that will help you put your idea into reality.
