In emergencies, people often panic or don’t know the correct first-aid steps. We were inspired by real-world situations where timely guidance could prevent serious harm or even save lives. Not everyone has medical knowledge or immediate access to professionals—this gap motivated us to build an AI-powered solution.

What it does

AI First-Aid Assistant provides instant, easy-to-understand first-aid guidance during medical emergencies. Users can describe symptoms or situations, and the AI responds with step-by-step instructions, safety precautions, and recommendations on when to seek professional help.

How we built it

We built the project using Python and Generative AI tools, focusing heavily on prompt engineering to ensure accurate, contextual, and safe medical responses. The system processes user input and generates structured first-aid guidance based on verified medical practices.
