AI Financial Report Analyzer

Inspiration

As a financial manager for over 10 years, I always wished for a faster and smarter way to analyze Excel reports without writing code or formulas.

What it does

AI Financial Report Analyzer is a no-code web app built with Bolt.new that lets users upload financial Excel or CSV files. The app uses AI to:

• Automatically generate charts (revenue trends, expenses, net profit, top cost centers)
• Summarize key KPIs
• Answer user questions about their data

How I built it

I described my idea inside Bolt.new’s prompt, and within seconds, the platform generated a working version. I then customized the user interface and deployed it to Netlify.

Challenges I ran into

Learning how to phrase AI prompts to get the results I want was challenging at first. Also, managing Excel data structures without code took trial and error.

Accomplishments I'm proud of

I created a fully working finance tool without writing a single line of code. It's mobile-friendly and ready to use in real businesses.
