The inspiration for this app stems from the desire to empower individuals and simplify their financial journey. We understand the complexities and challenges people face when managing their finances especially with the out-of-control inflation being experienced by everyone. By leveraging the power of generative AI, we aim to provide accessible and personalized financial guidance, helping individuals make informed decisions and achieve their financial goals. We believe that combining advanced technology with the human need for financial security and growth can create a powerful tool for financial empowerment. Our inspiration lies in enabling individuals to take control of their finances and build a brighter future.

What it does

The app allows users to tell the AI their financial situation and their financial goals. Then the ai will respond to them with a recommended plan of how to reach the desired goal. The user can then discuss this plan with the AI if they have any follow-up questions.

Other features of the app include the ability to create a personalized budget with a dashboard of spending and a breakdown of how much of your income is being used by your bills.

How we built it

The entire app is built using the Flask framework. The generative AI is from OpenAI's api. To use the app you have to sign up for a subscription of €12.99/month. The subscriptions are managed using the Square subscription API.
