The inspiration behind our AI FAQ System stemmed from the desire to streamline customer support and provide instant, accurate answers to frequently asked questions. We aimed to leverage AI technologies to enhance user experience and reduce response times, ultimately improving overall customer satisfaction.

What it does

AI FAQ System utilizes the tuned models to understand user queries and provide relevant answers. The system includes a user-friendly interface where users can ask questions, receive instant responses, and provide feedback on the answers.

Key features include: Integration with Vue.js for frontend interactivity and Laravel for backend logic.

How we built it

We built the AI FAQ System using a combination of Vue.js and Laravel, creating a full-stack web application with a modern and intuitive user interface. Vue.js facilitated dynamic frontend interactions, Laravel handled backend functionalities, including API integrations, database management, and AI model interactions.

Vue.js for frontend development, including components, routing, and state management with Vuex. Laravel for backend development, implementing RESTful APIs, authentication, and database management with MySQL.
