Inspiration

Business ideas often fail because they are evaluated from only one perspective. We wanted to create a system that could simulate a real executive board, where different stakeholders challenge an idea before it reaches the real world.

What it does

AI Executive Simulator uses multiple AI agents representing a CEO, CTO, CMO, Customer, and Competitor. Each agent analyzes a business idea from its own perspective, identifies risks and opportunities, and provides feedback. The platform then combines these insights into a strategic assessment.

How we built it

We built the platform using a multi-agent AI architecture. Each specialized agent has a unique role, objectives, and evaluation criteria. Their responses are collected, compared, and synthesized into a final executive-level report.

Challenges we ran into

One major challenge was ensuring that each agent provided genuinely different perspectives instead of repeating the same analysis. We also had to design effective prompts, coordinate agent outputs, and create a clear way to turn multiple opinions into one useful strategic assessment.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We created a working virtual executive board that can challenge business ideas from multiple angles. The system makes AI feedback more structured, diverse, and practical compared with relying on a single AI response.

What we learned

We learned that multi-agent systems can produce stronger insights when each agent has a clearly defined role. We also learned that good prompting, agent coordination, and output synthesis are critical to building reliable AI decision-support systems.

What's next for AI Executive Simulator

Next, we plan to add financial analysis, market research, industry-specific agents, real-time competitor intelligence, scoring and benchmarking, and customizable executive boards. Our goal is to make AI Executive Simulator a complete AI-powered business validation and decision-support platform.
