Inspiration:-

We were inspired by the amount of time people spend writing email replies every day. Students, professionals, and businesses often need to respond to emails quickly while maintaining a professional tone. We wanted to create a solution that uses AI to make email communication faster, easier, and more efficient. This motivated us to build AI Email Reply Generator, a tool that helps users generate high-quality email responses instantly.

What it does:-AI Email Reply Generator helps users create professional email responses instantly. Users can enter an email message or provide a brief context, and the system generates a personalized reply. It supports different communication styles and helps save time while improving productivity.

How we built it:=We built the project using Python and Streamlit for the user interface. The Gemini API was integrated to understand email content and generate intelligent responses. The application processes user input and returns a well-structured email reply in real time.

Challenges we ran into:-One of the biggest challenges was generating responses that accurately matched the context of different emails. We also worked on improving prompt design and ensuring that the generated replies remained professional and relevant.

Accomplishments that we're proud of:We successfully built a working AI-powered email assistant that generates meaningful responses within seconds. We integrated Gemini API effectively and created a simple, user-friendly interface that anyone can use.

What we learned:- Through this project, we learned about prompt engineering, API integration, AI-powered text generation, and building web applications with Streamlit. We also gained experience in creating practical solutions using generative AI.
