This project was inspired by a simple, real-life problem we see every day—many students and beginners struggle to write proper emails. People often ask friends how to write leave applications or professional messages because they’re unsure about English, grammar, or the right tone. We wanted to create something that removes this fear and makes email writing easy for everyone.

While building this project, we learned how to turn user ideas into meaningful output using AI, how important clear instructions are for getting good results, and how to design a tool that feels simple and friendly. We built the project as a clean, frontend-based application where users just type their thoughts and instantly receive a well-written email.

One of the main challenges was making the AI understand broken or mixed-language input and still produce polite, professional emails. Another challenge was getting the tone right for different situations. Solving these challenges taught us a lot about improving prompts and focusing on real user needs.
