Inspiration
Most Businesses finds its difficult to understand the email message text sent by their respective Clients and Customers in their Contact Us Form. This may be due to Complex long/lengthy Email Text Messages which makes the reading and analyzing of Email Text extremely Difficult.
What it does
It uses Nylas Email API to send Email messages from Contact US Form
Upon Successfully sending Email, the Application:
- The Applications leverages expert.ai Sentiments API to run sentimental analysis of Email Message to breakdown the Email Contents to more easy, understandable and digest-able form. It analyzes each Email contents for Positivity, negativity or neutrality statements
- The Applications leverages Expert.ai Entity API to detect, analyze and list all the People, Persons, Organizations, Companies and all the entities involves in the Email Messages being sent via Nylas
- The Applications leverages Expert.ai Keyphrases(Summary) API to pin-point all the Keywords, keyphrases and ultimately provide the summary of the Email Message and thereby saving Time and Energy
- Finally, the User recieves an Auto-Response Email Messages informing him/her that her Contact Us Email has be Recieved and being reviewed shortly..

The application was built in PHP by leveraging Nylas Email API & Expert.ai (Sentiments API, Entities API & Keyphrases(Summary) API by making Rest API Curl Request
