Not long ago, I saw someone on Threads boasting about building an entire ERP system with AI, only to get absolutely roasted by the community. Honestly, it’s because most people don’t understand how deeply complex ERP logic actually is.

That got me thinking: What kind of enterprise system makes sense to build with AI? Drawing from my past experience in CRM, I decided to take on CRM development.

However, building a standard CRM is like reinventing the wheel—there are already industry giants out there like SugarCRM. That’s when the spark hit: what if I coupled it with AI? That was the tipping point, and that’s how AI CRM was born.
