Condominium Documents Experience .Condominum documents handling is tedious process .with a AI document analysis system,can avoid complicated paper flow can assign workflows to each land parce This site shows uses in analyzing condominium documents like Master Deeds, parking deeds, unit deeds

What it does

Does documents analysis of Condominium documents. Get summary of documents like deeds of assignments, minutes, parking deeds.

How we built it

This project is built with React and expert.ai ,i made a standalone React app and exported the build into netlify, , and doesn't rely on a backend other than Pasted documents . We started with an analysis of typical condominum documents , we used React and for frontend development, and made use of Expert.ai APIs to do sentiment analysis, summary , and find entities . .Use credentials

Challenges we ran into

learning curve of expert.ai api.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Put self in shoes of Property managers and Able to do document analysis and sentiment analysis . Youtube comments analysis as an extra feature.
