Inspiration
As gamers, we know how frustrating it is to lose matches due to high latency or unrecognized tactical errors. We wanted to build a solution that doesn't just display technical statistics, but actually acts as a real-time tactical assistant that helps players adapt instantly.
What it does
AI-Coach.io is a real-time performance monitoring dashboard. It continuously captures live gaming telemetry data—such as sharp ping spikes and response times—and instantly saves it. Simultaneously, an integrated AI engine analyzes these events to provide the player with live, actionable corrective tips and strategic advice to save their match.
How we built it
We built the entire user interface and dashboard from scratch using Vercel v0, allowing for a modern and highly responsive experience. For the data layer, we integrated Amazon DynamoDB to ensure scalable, ultra-low latency storage capable of handling fast-paced gaming telemetry events in real time.
Challenges we ran into
One of the key challenges was handling real-time data ingestion while maintaining clean, instantaneous updates on the frontend dashboard. Designing the telemetry logic to seamlessly reflect critical network alerts without impacting game performance required careful architecture.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are incredibly proud of successfully spinning up a live deployment on Vercel and creating a fully integrated telemetry system that blends robust cloud infrastructure with advanced AI coaching in just a few steps.
What we learned
During this hackathon, we gained deep experience in designing full-stack interfaces with Vercel v0, provisioning NoSQL storage solutions via AWS Databases, and structuring AI prompt layers to generate dynamic coaching tips based on live data points.
What's next for AI-Coach.io
We plan to expand AI-Coach.io by adding direct API integrations for popular competitive titles like VALORANT, introducing deeper historical analysis trends, and implementing audio-based voice coaching so players don't have to look away from their screens.
