Inspiration

This project was inspired by the challenge many young founders face when turning ideas into real startups. I wanted to build a tool that acts like an AI co-founder, helping us transform simple ideas into structured, investor-ready plans using Gemini 3 Pro.

What it does

AI Co-Founder is a full-stack AI-powered platform that turns a simple idea into a complete startup documentation pack. From one prompt, the system generates a business plan, PRD, pitch deck content, market research, business model canvas, go-to-market strategy, and financial overview. It helps founders move from concept to execution in seconds.

How we built it

The application was built as a full-stack web app with Gemini 3 Pro at its core. Users input a startup idea through a simple interface, which is sent to the backend as a structured prompt. Gemini then generates organized, professional outputs across multiple startup documents. The frontend presents the results in clean, readable sections for easy understanding and exploration.

Challenges we ran into

My biggest challenge was building a complete AI-driven product within a short timeframe as a solo developer. Prompt engineering was also a major challenge, as generating structured, detailed, and consistent outputs required careful refinement. Balancing speed, simplicity, and feature depth was another key difficulty

What we learned

I learned how powerful structured prompting can be in shaping AI outputs. This project also reinforced the importance of AI-first product design, rapid prototyping, and simplifying complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. It showed how AI can act as a strategist, analyst, and product advisor in one system.

What's next for AI Co-Founder

Next steps include adding export features (PDF/Doc), idea history, collaboration tools for teams, and deeper financial modeling. Future versions could also include pitch deck auto-design, logo generation, and real-time market validation to make AI Co-Founder a complete startup creation platform.
