Inspiration

Starting a business is exciting but also overwhelming. Many first-time founders struggle with where to begin — refining ideas, understanding the market, or even just writing a pitch. We were inspired to build AI Co-Founder to act like a friendly partner who guides entrepreneurs step by step, from brainstorming to planning.

What it does

Acts like a startup buddy that founders can chat with.

Helps refine rough ideas into clear problem statements.

Suggests domains and startup opportunities based on trends.

Provides lightweight dashboards and analytics (e.g., wearable tech growth).

Guides users through each stage: onboarding → idea clarification → startup plan.

How we built it

Figma for user interface design and prototyping.

AI prompts crafted carefully for guiding conversations step by step.

Dashboard sections designed around popular startup domains (HealthTech, EdTech, FoodTech, FinTech, Sustainability).

Iterative feedback and testing with peers to make the AI’s tone supportive yet actionable.

Challenges we ran into

Designing prompts that feel like a real co-founder conversation rather than just generic answers.

Balancing simplicity vs. depth — too much detail overwhelms beginners, too little feels shallow.

Making dashboards scrollable and visually engaging while keeping the experience clean.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Created an end-to-end flow (from idea input → suggestions → analytics).
