In Himachal, public complaints on Jan-Sunwai portal take months to resolve. I wanted to build an AI tracker from Karsog that makes it transparent.

What it does

• Auto-scrapes complaints from Jan-Sunwai
• Uses AI to categorize urgency and department
• Visualizes on map dashboard for officials and public

How I built it

Python + OpenAI API for categorization, Leaflet.js for map, simple web scraper. Built entirely on phone from Karsog, HP.

Challenges

No laptop, slow internet in hills, and converting government data to open format.

Add SMS alerts for villagers and integrate with Himachal govt APIs.ion
