We wanted to build an AI career partner that helps people understand job requirements, identify skill gaps, and actively prepare for future opportunities.

What it does

AI Career Copilot Agent transforms job searching into career preparation.

Users can provide their resume and a target job description. The AI analyzes role requirements, evaluates current capabilities, identifies skill gaps, creates personalized improvement plans, and conducts realistic interview simulations based on workplace scenarios.

Instead of simply asking "Can I get this job?", users can understand "What should I do to become qualified for this job?"

How we built it

We built the project as an AI agent workflow powered by large language models.

The system combines:

Challenges we faced
