AI Career Advisor

AI Career Advisor was inspired by the challenge many students face when choosing the right career path due to limited guidance and awareness. The platform uses AI to analyze a user's education, skills, interests, and goals, then provides personalized career recommendations, identifies skill gaps, and generates learning roadmaps. Built using React, Flask, and Google's Gemini AI, the project demonstrates how AI can simplify career planning. During development, we faced challenges in AI integration and frontend-backend communication. We successfully created a functional prototype and learned valuable skills in AI, full-stack development, teamwork, and rapid prototyping. Future enhancements include resume analysis, interview preparation, job market insights, and LinkedIn integration.
