For any company inorder to hire talents have to go through long interview process spending much money on human resiurces.
What it does
Our project does everything right from resume screening to taking interview and accessing candidate,
How we built it
We used semantic similarity concept to compare resume extracted text with job description. For asking questions we are using dataset and web scrapping technique. To validate answers we used sentence transformers.
