AI BA Training Program

Inspiration

Brand training team is expecting for a AI training application to scale up the productivity and efficiency of field BA training.

What it does

The AI program provide automatic video training to evaluate BA's performance according to AI/ML program.

How we built it

Embedded the business process and rule based scoring logic into program. and setup AI/ML program to process NLP and VR to capture the voice and expressions to evaluate if the BA's performance is echo to training team's standard. BA can do it on desktop or on mobile.

Challenges we ran into

1. to embedded local training process with AI/ML program;
2. facial expression capturing is difficult because most BAs are using mobile that the capturing result depends on pixel & environment light.
3. there many scenarios we need to training the model that need a lot of efforts from HQ training team;
4. AI need to be more flexible to be more humanized. ## Accomplishments that we're proud of We spent 1 month to work out 1st training session and business scenario to start trail in BA team.

What we learned

It is the 1st ever AI training application we locally made for brand team. That we see a lot of opportunities in this area. We also see AI/ML modern tech being able to scale up productivity in business process and operations.

What's next for AI BA Training Program

1. We'll see the adoption plan from BA team and start to roll out to the field team;
2. We'll work with HQ training team to develop more training scenarios in the application.
