Inspired by the need for better conflict resolution in the workplace, we created the AI Arbitrator to help mediate disputes fairly and quickly. It’s designed to listen to everyone involved and guide discussions towards positive solutions. Developing this tool wasn’t without its challenges; we had to ensure the AI remained neutral and could handle a wide range of conflicts. Despite these hurdles, we’re proud of how the AI Arbitrator improves team dynamics and streamlines resolution. Along the way, we learned how important it is to balance fairness and efficiency and to be flexible in addressing different types of conflicts.
