Challenges we ran into

Hooking up Amazon Lex and Amazon Lambda with Amazon Connect was a little bumpy. We were able to overcome it by AWS documentation and trial and error.

AWS Connect does not support India numbers. So we had to get creative and get a US number and used Skype to make cheap phone calls.
