Inspiration
Agriculture remains the backbone of our economy, yet millions of farmers still lack access to timely information, expert guidance, and modern tools. We were inspired by the daily challenges faced by real farmers — unpredictable weather, crop diseases, fluctuating market prices, and limited access to financial services. With Chrome’s built-in AI capabilities, we saw an opportunity to create a web-based assistant that empowers farmers through intelligent, accessible, and real-time support.
What it does
AI Agri is a smart farming assistant website that uses Chrome’s built-in AI APIs to deliver personalized, voice-enabled, and context-aware support for farmers. Key features include:
Crop disease diagnosis using AI from uploaded photos or videos
Fertilizer recommendations based on crop stage, soil type, and weather
Multilingual voice assistant powered by Chrome’s speech and translation APIs
Real-time weather alerts using OpenWeatherMap API
Market price predictions based on location and crop type
Dealer and buyer matching using AI-driven filters
Access to digital loans and crop insurance through integrated forms and smart autofill
Chrome’s AI APIs help us personalize responses, simplify form interactions, and enable natural voice-based communication — making the platform more inclusive and intuitive.
