💡 Inspiration

Late or missed payments often happen not because customers refuse to pay, but due to forgetfulness, language barriers, or uncomfortable reminder experiences. We wanted to humanize payment reminders using AI—making them friendly, empathetic, multilingual, and voice-enabled, just like a real conversation.

⚙️ What it does

AI Agent Payment Reminder is an intelligent, voice-enabled assistant that automatically reminds customers about pending payments. It communicates via text and natural-sounding voice calls, adapts to the customer’s language and sentiment, schedules due dates, and sends confirmations back to the system.

We built the agent using n8n as the orchestration platform. Google Gemini powers conversational responses and multilingual support Sentiment analysis dynamically adjusts the agent’s tone AWS Lambda handles backend payment logic Google Calendar schedules payment reminders VAPI Dashboard enables AI-driven voice calls ElevenLabs generates realistic, human-like speech All components are connected through webhooks and conditional workflows.
