The user types their problem in Hindi, and the system automatically converts it into a proper formal complaint letter in English. ~Example: โMain bijli bill barabar de raha hoon, lekin supply nahi mil rahiโ โ becomes a formal letter in English.

The project was built using Python and NLP tools. It uses Translation APIs and a GenAI/LLM model to convert Hindi text into English and then generate a formal letter.

In the future, more local languages will be added, along with voice-to-text input and direct email/print options for faster complaint submission.
