Inspiration

After learning about the hardships faced by farmer in the supply chain department such as unfair prices and corruption, we thought of developing a portal where farmers can easily access all the input needs that provides them a sense of security as well as transparency that leads to lower prices of all the supplements

What it does

Our application provides a portal to farmers to easily access all of their agricultural needs and provide them a fair price

How we built it

The website was built with ReactJS and Express as the frontend and NodeJS as the backend. The data was handled through MongoDB and the payment gateway was implemented through Web3.

Challenges we ran into

Due to online nature of this hackathon, the major issue we faced was collaborating with each other on online platforms for instance Discord and Zoom etc. We faced a lot of difficulty while implementing Web3 tech in our app.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to create a gateway so that farmers can easily acquire all the inputs they require, giving them security and transparency that drives down the cost of all the additives
