About the Project AgriWorkforce is a platform that connects farmers with agricultural laborers, helping solve labor shortages and improving workforce management in agriculture. Inspiration The project was inspired by the common issue of farmers struggling to find workers during peak seasons, while laborers face difficulty getting consistent jobs. We aimed to create a system that removes middlemen and ensures fair opportunities. How We Built It We designed a simple system with two users: Farmers → Post jobs Laborers → Find and apply for work We used a basic matching logic: Where � = location, � = skill, � = availability. What We Learned Real-world problem solving System design and user needs Importance of simple and accessible technology Challenges Low digital literacy Trust issues Poor internet connectivity in rural areas Conclusion AgriWorkforce helps make agriculture more efficient by connecting the right workers to the right farmers at the right time.
