Inspiration

Agriculture sustains billions of lives, yet farmers still rely on fragmented data, guesswork, and opaque systems for critical decisions like yield planning, resource allocation, and risk management. We were inspired by the gap between advanced AI capabilities and real-world agricultural accessibility, and by the opportunity to use blockchain to bring trust, transparency, and ownership to farm data. AgriSense was born from the idea that farmers and agribusinesses deserve intelligent, verifiable, and borderless toolsβ€”just like any modern industry.

What it does

AgriSense is an AI-powered, blockchain-backed agricultural intelligence platform that enables:

  • Crop yield prediction using AI models trained on realistic agronomic data.

  • AgriBot, an AI agronomy assistant that provides actionable farming advice.

  • On-chain verification of predictions by minting results as NFTs for proof of ownership and traceability.

  • Decentralized access to agricultural insights with ultra-low fees and global reach.

It transforms raw farm data into trusted, verifiable intelligence that can be shared across borders.

How we built it

β†’ AgriBot: OpenAI-powered conversational assistant for detailed, contextual farming guidance.

β†’ Blockchain Layer: QIE network integration for low-cost transactions and NFT minting of prediction reports.

β†’ NFTs Beyond Art: Prediction reports are minted as NFTs, enabling ownership, provenance, and auditability.

β†’ Frontend: React + Tailwind CSS for a responsive, farmer-friendly UI.

β†’ Backend: Node.js + Express for AI orchestration, data processing, and blockchain interactions.
