Inspiration

We were inspired by the various workshops presented to us prior to the competition, especially the Aero-Space engineering workshop

What it does

Our greenhouse utilizes many advanced systems such as a water filter and sprinkler system, a heating/cooling system, an automated harvesting system, a rain collection system, and an artificial sunlight system. This combination of systems makes our greenhouse sustainable, efficient and effective, Making it cost-effective compared to other solutions.

How we built it

We used tinkercad to create Arduino prototypes for our systems such as the artificial sunlight system and the heating/cooling system

Challenges we ran into

Time was definitely one of our issues as we rushed through our project in order to complete it on time. We also had trouble trying to find an innovation for our problem and solution. This was also our groups first time working in competition with so much pressure and risks

What we learned

We learned about space sustainability and how to work together as a group. We were forced to work under pressure and divide up the work.
