Inspiration

In this modern world, everything goes around agreements to get things done, something as simple as house rental to more complex things relations like bilateral agreements between countries. Creating and managing legally bound agreements is not as easy as it sounds. If everything on the internet can be done with a single prompt, why not agreements? Also how come a normal person understands the complex jargon usually used in an agreement? We believe every come man deserves to create and understand the agreement that he is about to sign. So we came up with this idea.

What it does

Agree AI is an intelligent agreement generator and manager that helps you right from the creation to the closure of an agreement.

Agreement Generation:

  • AI Generator: The User will answer a few questions and our AI model will process and generate an agreement for you.
  • File Upload: Not always do you want to generate your agreement with AI. You can directly upload your agreement file and we'll take care of the rest.

Agreement Summarization:

  • Our powerful AI model will process your agreements and summarize them for easy understanding of the SIgners. No more worries about not understanding the Jargons.

Signature Management:

  • Just click on send agreement, and we'll make sure your agreement is reached to all your signers. Moreover, you can track all your agreements on our portal.

How we built it

This application is built using Node.js, Angular, and Firebase. We used HelloSign Node SDK to trigger signature requests for all our agreements and used Google's Vertex AI to generate and summarize agreements.

Challenges we ran into

Parsing PDF and summarizing is a little tricky here. But after quite a bit of time, we were able to achieve the functionality.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are so proud of completing and submitting this project. Also, this is our First AI-based project developed for a real-time use case.

What we learned

  • We learned a lot about how to plan and design an entire project from scratch.
  • Working with HelloSign SDK
  • Especially using Generative AI and training Large Language Models

What's next for AgreeAI :: Your Intelligent Agreement Solution

  • Right now Agree AI, supports only rental agreement generation. We're planning to extend its support to all types of agreements. A template-based Agreement generator is also in the pipeline.
  • We're planning to work on Bulk signature requests.
