Inspiration
If we want to create autonomous robot/humanoids they must know how to navigate this world on their World models and VLAs are expensive and not the best approach. why train models on sim world when you can use the real world as your playground. Teslas, waymo had spent billions of dollars to solve navigation. But it does not have to be that expensive. You can bring your robot/humanoid and start navigating the real world, with your own policy or no policy at all. No VLA required, use the vision powered by Gemini 3.0 flash. And for the brain use Gemini 3.0 pro.
This shows dedicated models are not required to achieve AGI.
What it does
Navigate the world (digital twin) on its own
How we built it
cesium for digital twin, mujoco for sim and sim2real
Challenges we ran into
a lot, mostly syncing mujoco
Accomplishments that we're proud of
First baby step to AGI
What we learned
VLAs and world models are not the only way
What's next for AGI (autonomous geospatial intelligence)
Sim2real
