The problem & who it's for:
The average job posting gets 250 applications, and recruiters spend roughly 6 seconds screening each resume — meaning almost every candidate is invisible, and every recruiter conversation starts from zero with no persistent context. AgentRecruit is for two sides of the same broken loop: job candidates (mid-to-senior tech professionals tired of sending resumes into a void with no visibility) and recruiters (who triage hundreds of decontextualized applications with no way to engage meaningfully at scale).
Aicoo capabilities used
AgentRecruit uses Aicoo as its core AI infrastructure, end-to-end and unmocked: /init to provision each user's workspace, /accumulate to write structured profile/job/decision context as real markdown files, /share/create (and revoke) to issue scoped, time-limited agent access links, and /chat for two distinct live, streamed conversations with a candidate's agent — one grounded Q&A mode for recruiter questions (with source-citation extraction from tool-call results), and a second synthesis mode that generates an internal hiring debrief when a decision is recorded.
Aicoo's role in the product
Aicoo isn't a bolted-on chatbot — it is the candidate's agent. Every recruiter-facing answer is grounded in real accumulated context (profile, work history, job requirements) rather than a generic LLM's prior knowledge, and every answer comes back with a citation to the exact file it was pulled from. Aicoo's /chat endpoint also performs a second, structurally different job in the product: synthesizing a written hiring debrief from that same accumulated context the moment a decision is made — so Aicoo functions as both the conversational layer and the reasoning layer of the product, not just a Q&A wrapper.
Team formation / internal comms / project management
We did not use Aicoo for team formation, internal communication, or project management — this was a solo build, and Aicoo's role in this submission is entirely product-facing (the candidate-agent experience itself), not used as internal team tooling.
