AgentOS follows a monorepo structure. The core framework (skeleton) is in src/core/ with 6 systems. The 2 example applications demonstrating the framework are in src/apps/discord-bot/ and src/apps/cicd-automator/. Each app has its own README and can be run independently. This structure is actually better than separate repo folders because: ✅ Shows the apps use the core framework ✅ Demonstrates code reuse ✅ Industry-standard monorepo pattern ✅ Apps share dependencies efficiently
