Inspiration
No-code tools exist for general workflows, but agentic AI orchestration is still code-only. Building for AlgoBharat Hack Series 3.0, we saw agent-to-agent payments (x402) combined with Algorand's speed and low fees as a natural fit for a visual, no-code agent marketplace.
What it does
AgentMesh is a no-code visual builder for agentic workflows on Algorand. Users compose agents visually, and agents pay each other per-run via x402 in ALGO. A marketplace lets creators list agents and earn listing and usage fees.
How we built it
- Frontend: waitlist and product UI, iterated toward a minimal "less is more" design
- Usage/billing dashboard for tracking credits and API usage
- Revenue model: freemium tiers, routing fees, per-run ALGO fees, marketplace listing fees
- Wrote and restructured a whitepaper for an Algorand grants pitch
Challenges we ran into
- Payment gateway integration: Razorpay rejected our API keys, classifying us as wallet-adjacent, forcing us to evaluate alternative gateways
- Designing a fee model (routing + per-run + listing) that's fair to both agent creators and consumers
- Differentiating from other AlgoBharat entrants (e.g. AlgoVibe/Algocraft) building in a similar space
What we learned
- Payment-gateway compliance for crypto-adjacent products is a real early blocker, not an afterthought
- A minimal UI took more iteration than the backend logic
- Writing a grant pitch forces sharper articulation of the revenue model
