agentlog is for anyone who works with a coding agent every day. Sessions blur together and the lessons evaporate — two weeks later you repeat the same mistake because nothing captured it.
After each session you log one record in under 30 seconds: what you asked for, which agent, the honest outcome (shipped / partial / failed), and the lesson. The insights strip reads the pile back to you — outcome mix and your top recurring failure pattern — so the next session starts smarter. Filter by outcome or search, and export the whole log as Markdown for a repo NOTES.md or a retrospective. It's local-first (browser localStorage), zero dependencies, no account, no API keys.
Built with the Devpost Learn Skill Pack: scope.md, prd.md, and spec.md are in the repo (devpost/), and the build ran as verified slices, each checked in a headless browser before commit (29 checks).
