Inspiration

The inspiration for the Agentic Workflow Creator came from nearly two years of work focused on AGI agentic phone and web agents. Seeing the rapid innovation in openai LLM models, which marked the first steps toward AGI version 01, sparked the idea to create a system that automates both virtual and real-life tasks for consumers. The Cerebral Beach Hackathon provided the perfect opportunity to showcase these ideas and skills.

What it does

The Agentic Workflow Creator is the first NetShow consumer-based AGI system designed to fully automate everyday tasks and workflows. Users can create detailed tasks, set custom triggers, and receive real-time notifications via SMS, phone calls, email, or social media posts when tasks are completed. It simplifies task delegation and boosts productivity by managing repetitive tasks autonomously.

How we built it

Agentic Workflow Creator was built using nearly 10,000 hours of AI learning, programming, and management experience. The project involved PHP (Laravel), MySQL, OpenAI models, and API integrations. The system allows users to easily create tasks and workflow, configure triggers, and automate task execution. The agentic workflow was designed to be user-friendly while showcasing the advanced capabilities of AGI systems, even at this early stage of the 01 version.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenges were the technical complexities of integrating different APIs and ensuring smooth execution of tasks across different needs and points of view. Understanding the limitations of existing tools and crafting solutions to overcome them was key and still is. Time management during the hackathon was another obstacle, as it required intense prep work and focus to complete the project on time. It's not fully completed, but it has a heartbeat.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud that NetShow developed the first user-based agentic workflow automation system. Creating a platform that can fully automate tasks and notify users in real-time is a significant step toward making AGI accessible to everyone. The success of the Agentic Workflow Creator demonstrates both technical know-how and practical application of AI skills and LLM models.

What we learned

This project reinforced the value of dedication, focus, and persistence. Building systems like the Agentic Workflow Creator is possible with the right mindset and tools. It also highlighted the potential AGI holds for transforming how people approach daily tasks.

What's next for Agentic Workflow Creator O1

Moving forward, the plan at NetShow is to enhance the system’s capabilities with additional API integrations, enabling users to connect with more apps and services. I also aim to expand its functionality to handle even more complex tasks, further refining the agentic planning and trigger scheduling features. Our goal is to bring autonomous agentic assistants into mainstream consumer and business environments, improving efficiency, decision-making, and productivity worldwide.
