AI-Powered Recruitment Automation System

This project features an end-to-end recruitment automation system built on a Multi-Agent System (MAS) architecture. The system reduces manual effort and enhances decision-making by automating key stages of the recruitment process.

Approach

We broke down recruitment tasks into smaller problems and developed individual agents: • Screening Agent: Automates candidate screening. • Scheduler Agent: Manages interview scheduling. • Interviewer Agent: Conducts preliminary interviews.

We then connected these agents through robust communication channels to ensure smooth, coordinated operations.

Inspiration, Learnings & Challenges

Inspired by the need to streamline recruitment, we learned the value of modular development and effective agent communication. The main challenge was integrating the agents to work asynchronously while maintaining seamless communication.
