Inspiration

My inspiration is that I volunteer for lots of non profits within my Jain community, the problem is that we always b=have to build forms for our events. Sometimes Google forms, Tally, and other such solutions are not right solution and cannot provide the write solution for what we need, because they dont have that kind of dynamic nature.

What it does

given plain text, build a highly dynamic form that adheres to all the requirements: IE For hackathon competition Name, Birthdate, Email, Phone, but also need team mates, and you need sub forms for them but just less say all you need is name and email and whatever else, and then you want to build it this way. Many current solutions, A dont have the AI nativeness, and B cannot perform the dynamic tasks.

Form is really clean with good UI, very hard to do , and quick to go about it.

How we built it

React Frontend , Node backend , an agent to build the forms, using Galileo Observability on the agent and calls to gemini

Also constant reviews by Code Rabbit

There are 3 screens, the form generator, the Form filling ability, and the results

What's next for Agentic Forms

Ability to have payments and attachments to paypal or stripe

Usage to create forms with natural language, see previous forms, and look at the results of the forms that youve created.
